Cincinnati Bengals Games That Could Be Flexed – Week 11

CBS. 28. 4:05 EST. 0. . 0. 56. Sunday, Nov 21

Wait, the Bengals and Raiders are both good? That’s not normal, as least not in the same year.

This game is already in the late afternoon window of games thanks to the Raiders being on the west coast but it should be a candidate for Sunday Night Football that week. The matchup slated for NBC in Week 11 isn’t a great one, as it’ll be the Chargers (a good team) against the Steelers (a not-so-good team).

That’s a game that NBC can afford to move out of the prime slot and slip Bengals/Raiders in there instead. It’d pit Joe Burrow against Derek Carr, two guys who are wheeling and dealing through the first seven weeks of the season.

The Raiders are a team that have a rabid fan base and the NFL should jump at a chance to put them in primetime. This could be a sneaky good game and while it’s good that it’s not in the boring 1:00 slot, it’d be a lot of fun having this be the Week 11 Sunday Night Football matchup. It has the potential to be the best game on the schedule that week.
