Keeping it local, the Bengals could look to add Ohio State offensive tackle Nicholas Petit-Frere, who offers versatility to whichever team takes him in April. Petit-Frere initially played right tackle for the Buckeyes but switched over to left tackle this year, proving that he can do well at either tackle spot.

Well, that would bode well for the Bengals, as Riley Reiff is a free agent following this season. He’s been decent at right tackle but there’s no guarantee he’ll return to the Queen City, as teams might be willing to sign him to a bigger and longer contract.

If Reiff doesn’t return — and even if he does — Petit-Frere could be an option to play right tackle. Furthermore, if Jonah Williams gets bitten by the injury bug, the Buckeye tackle could be shifted over to left tackle.

While Petit-Frere would fit in well, he’s probably going to be one of the first offensive tackles off the board so it’ll be hard for Cincinnati to acquire him unless they tank down the stretch.
