Tee Higgins, WR (22)
The Bengals are fortunate to have so many talented receivers on their offense. What’s even better about that is how young the receivers are, as Tee Higgins is only 22 years old and won’t celebrate his 23rd birthday until mid-January.
Higgins was taken in the second round of last year’s draft with the hope that he and Burrow could establish chemistry on the offensive side of the ball. The Clemson product had a nice rookie season and could have gone for over 1,000 yards had Burrow not gotten injured near the end of the season.
People were excited to see Higgins in year two and he’s been okay so far. He missed two games due to injury and a lot of Burrow’s attention has gone to Ja’Marr Chase (for good reason), but we’ve seen Higgins start to heat up in recent weeks.
Through seven games this season, Higgins has 35 catches for 431 yards and two touchdowns. He has eight games to try and eclipse the 1,000-yard mark but even if he doesn’t do it, Bengals fans know he’ll be a key part of this offense moving forward.
