Cincinnati revamped their secondary last offseason and one of their best free-agent signings was Chidobe Awuzie, a former Cowboys cornerback who has flourished with his new team.

Unfortunately for the Bengals, the other side of the field hasn’t looked great and that’s why adding another cornerback is key this offseason. Get rid of Trae Waynes and Eli Apple, as neither of them has helped the team out much at all.

Darious Williams of the Rams is going to be a hot commodity on the free-agent market and Spotrac has his market value at four years worth $64 million. This makes sense considering his production (60.1 PFF grade) and his age (turns 29 in March).

The former undrafted cornerback out of UAB has bet on himself throughout the course of his career and it’s about to pay off in the offseason. The Bengals could afford to pay him his likely asking price and if they do, their secondary could benefit in a major way.
