The Cincinnati Bengals have a chance to sweep the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday when the Steelers come to Paul Brown Stadium for an AFC North showdown.

The last time we saw these two teams go at it, Cincy won 24-10, shocking the entire city of Pittsburgh, who booed the Steelers for their poor offensive showing. Ben Roethlisberger looked like a shell of himself in that game and while it’s clear he’s nearing the end of his Steelers tenure (and NFL tenure as well), he’s always had Cincinnati’s number.

The Bengals were in a rough patch ahead of their Week 10 BYE but came out of the gates swinging last Sunday. They ended up smacking the Raiders around en route to a 32-13 victory to move the stripes to 6-4.

Pittsburgh, on the other hand, is coming off a loss to the Chargers in which the lead changed 10,000 times throughout. The loss dropped Pittsburgh to 5-4-1 and if the season ended today, they would not be in the postseason while the Bengals would be a Wild Card team.

This game, like every game at this point, is crucial. The Bengals can sweep their division rival for the first time since 2009 with a win on Sunday so the stakes are high.

Bengals Injury Report vs Steelers Week 12

The following players are listed as OUT for today’s game:

WR Auden Tate

Auden Tate Injury Update

Once again, it bodes well for the Bengals that the most noteworthy injury at this point is their fourth-string wide receiver. While Auden Tate does look to be inching his way closer to playing, he’s listed as doubtful for this showdown with the Steelers.

Bengals vs Steelers Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Week 12

WynnBET currently has Cincinnati as a 3.5-point favorite over the Steelers with a moneyline of -190. Pittsburgh’s moneyline is set at +155. The over/under sits at 43.5 points.

The AFC North has beaten up on each other this year and that’s evidenced by recent games. The Bengals beat the Steelers who beat the Browns who beat the Bengals. Cincinnati might have won the last time these two teams squared off — and they do look better on paper — but these AFC North battles truly are anyone’s game.

Still, I’ll go with a 30-21 Bengals victory at Paul Brown Stadium.
