8 shining stars from Bengals’ curb-stomping of Steelers in week 12

1. Joe Mixon

You couldn’t have expected to see anyone else here, right? I mean — Did you WATCH Joe Mixon on Sunday?

Mixon punished the Steelers all day long, finishing the day with 28 carries for 165 yards and two touchdowns. He wasn’t utilized in the passing game and hasn’t been the past two weeks, but as long as the run game is doing as well as it is, I don’t think Bengals fans really care.

Mixon now has gone over 100 yards rushing in his past two games and seeing him heat up should have the upcoming defenses on Cincy’s schedule worried. Stopping Mixon is like stopping a freight train and he’s getting hot at the perfect time for this team.

There’s no one else who deserves to be the top shining star for the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12. Mixon was a threat throughout and he deserves this honor.
