4. Joe Mixon

This is where it gets really tough to separate the shining stars from this game, as Joe Mixon was absolute gold against the Ravens. The running back carried the football 18 times for 65 yards and a touchdown while also making an impact in the receiving game. He had six catches for 70 yards and a touchdown, giving him two touchdowns on the afternoon.

Mixon loved that his offense piled it onto the Ravens, noting that opponents have done the same thing to them in recent years.

It’s a great feeling, indeed. Mixon was a shining star for the Bengals in the big win over the Ravens.

3. Trey Hendrickson

Cincinnati knew they had to improve in the pass-rushing department, so they went out this past offseason and got the best pass-rusher on the market in Trey Hendrickson. There was some doubt about Hendrickson’s abilities since he was a one-season wonder in New Orleans but he’s proving that’s far from the truth.

Hendrickson is now the single-season sack leader for the Bengals with 14 sacks and two games remaining on the schedule. If he is able to get a sack against the Chiefs next week, he’ll have the record of 12-straight games with at least half a sack.

Hendrickson was definitely worth the money the Bengals dished out to him in the offseason.
