The Cincinnati Bengals (9-6) square off against the Kansas City Chiefs (11-4) with a lot on the line for both teams. Cincy needs just one victory in their final two games to win their first division title since 2015. The visiting Chiefs already have clinched their division and need a win plus a Titans loss to clinch home-field advantage for the AFC playoffs.
It’s a big game for both teams and the Bengals need to show up for it. They’ve yet to win three games in a row this season and will have a tough time doing so in their second-to-last game of the season.
Kansas City is riding an eight-game win streak after sitting at 3-4 and people crowning other AFC teams in an effort to write the Chiefs off. The Chiefs have proven that they are the same team that’s gone to the Super Bowl the past two years though and until they’re dethroned in the AFC, they’re the team to beat.
Bengals Injury Report vs Chiefs Week 17
The following players have been ruled OUT for today’s game:
CB Jalen Davis
LB Germaine Pratt
EDGE Cam Sample
Logan Wilson Injury Report
Logan Wilson was injured in the Week 13 loss to the Chargers and hasn’t suited up since then. He was a full participant in practice all week and looks good to go. Cincinnati could really use his help in slowing down Travis Kelce.
Bengals vs Chiefs Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Week 17
WynnBET has Cincinnati as 3.5-point underdogs with a money line grab of +160 while Kansas City’s money line is set at -190. The over/under is currently set at 51.0 points.
This is going to be a difficult game for Cincy, there’s no way around that. The Chiefs are winners of eight straight games and all facets of the team have helped out tremendously during their winning streak.
Patrick Mahomes is always a player to worry about (and he carved the Bengals up the last time he faced them), Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce provide nightmare matchups for the defense, and KC’s defense has rebounded after a rough start.
As much as I’d like to pick Cincinnati to win this one, the Chiefs are going to be tough to beat. I’m going with a 35-27 Kansas City victory. Hopefully, the Bengals can win in Week 18 and claim the AFC North title.
