The Cincinnati Bengals haven’t won a playoff game in…(counts)… Less than a day now! Feels good, doesn’t it, Cincinnati?

With such a big monkey off the backs of the Bengals, the team can now focus on the task at hand, which is making it to — and eventually winning — the Super Bowl.

For most Bengals fans, simply winning a playoff game is enough. It’d been 31 years since this team last advanced in the postseason and breaking that curse makes this season an automatic success (as if there was any doubt).

The fact of the matter, however, is that this team is in a great position to make it to the AFC Championship Game and maybe even the Super Bowl. They showed why that is on Saturday night.

With the stripes winning their first playoff game in three decades, it didn’t feel appropriate to do a ‘winners and losers’ article. Instead, let’s focus on the shining stars who helped make this victory against the Las Vegas Raiders a reality.

10. Logan Wilson

It’s been awesome having Logan Wilson back in the lineup, hasn’t it? The former third-round pick held his own against Darren Waller, who didn’t go over the 100-yard mark (seven catches for 76 yards) and also led the team in tackles with 12.

9. B.J. Hill

What a great trade acquisition for Cincinnati and all they had to surrender was former first-round bust, Billy Price. Hill was sensational in this game, totaling two tackles and a key sack on Derek Carr late in the game. The Raiders stayed alive by converting on the next play but Hill’s sack shouldn’t go unnoticed.
