3. Las Vegas Raiders

Is there a quarterback in the league that enjoys throwing to tight ends more than Derek Carr? The answer is no. When his safety blanket in Darren Waller was on the field, Carr seemingly went out of his way to get him the ball.

Even with Waller missing six games this season, he was still the second most targeted player on the Las Vegas Raiders at 93. When he was fully healthy, not only did Waller lead the Raiders in receptions but he was also their leading receiver in yards, racking up well over 1,100 in 2019 and 2020.

C.J. Uzomah has often been forced to wait for the ball to come his way as a member of the Bengals. It isn’t because quarterback Joe Burrow is inept. The reason is, Burrow simply has so many options. Wide receivers Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd are the headliners. Everyone else is given the crumbs.

Uzomah deserves to be on a team where the QB will look in his direction early and often.
