Cincinnati Bengals Shining Stars

6. Trey Hendrickson

After not getting much of a pass-rush going in the first half, the Bengals’ defense came to play in the second half. Much like the last game against KC, Trey Hendrickson came to life in the second half, notching 1.5 sacks and two QB hits.

Without Hendrickson, it’s hard to imagine how this pass rush would have performed this season. They went from last in the league in sacks a year ago to now being a feared unit all because of the former Saints pass-rusher.

5. B.J. Hill

Reminder: The Bengals got B.J. Hill in exchange for Billy Price. What a freaking steal!

Hill was incredible in this game, totaling five tackles, one defended pass, one QB hit, and half a sack. He also had an interception off Mahomes in a time when the stripes desperately needed something positive.

To have gotten Hill in exchange for a former first-round bust is insane. The guy has played a major hand in getting the Bengals to this point and no one thought that’d happen when this deal was made.
