Brand New Offensive Line

The Bengals’ main issue last season was the offensive line. Joe Burrow is the guy and he’s shown he has what it takes to compete and win a Super Bowl so they need to protect him. It comes as no surprise that this has been their main focus during free agency.

First, Cincinnati signed Ted Karras from the Patriots, then they signed Alex Cappa from the Bucs, and finally, they signed a big one in La’el Collins from the Cowboys. Collins made Bengals fans love him immediately with his message to Burrow after he signed.

Acquiring three new offensive linemen who will make up three-fifths of the line could be a recipe for a rusty start to the season. Depending on how the schedule shakes out, the Bengals could have some tough games to start the season while the line tries to grow together.

It could be a fit instantly and Burrow could have 10 years to throw every pass. Trey Hendrickson made an immediate impact and made it felt the entire season. As Bengals fans, we can only hope that these are good signings and work immediately.
