4 offensive line options for the Bengals in 2022 NFL Draft

With the 2022 NFL Draft roughly a month out, it can be a fun exercise to project and “what if” who the Cincinnati Bengals might select. It’s especially more fun when we aren’t all stressed over which top ten guys we pick to fill whatever gaping hole we might have had in the past several seasons.
After the crazy run to the Super Bowl, and a very satisfying free agency period, fans are left to fantasize about 2022 and who the Bengals can add at the 31st pick, and beyond.
It’s important to note that not all first-round picks are sure-fire stars. In fact, it is often quite the opposite. Ced Ogbuehi ring a bell?
The fact is that many future stars are found waiting in the later rounds. The Bengals have generally excelled at mid to late-round talent evaluation, often acquiring future stars such as T.J. Houshmandzadeh, Rudi Johnson, and more recently Evan McPherson and Logan Wilson.
With the focus, and rightfully so on the offensive line, which was quite offensive in 2021, the team added what should amount to 3/5 of a new starting line for 2022.
Will that be enough?
That remains to be seen, but what we do know is there is NEVER enough depth across the line for a 17 game season. Considering the Bengals are an injury or two away from starting Isaiah Prince or Trey Hill, they would be well advised to seek more players for Frank Pollack to mold.
Let’s look at four potential offensive linemen the Bengals could draft in 2022.
