Sports, obviously, are quite popular in the United States. Of course, every major professional team would have major celebrities as fans and the Cincinnati Bengals have a celebrity following of their own.

Let’s dive into five celebrities who root for the Bengals.

Possibly the biggest star who yells “Who Dey” on Sundays is George Clooney. That’s right, the eight-time Oscar nominee and two-time Oscar winner has been open about being a Bengals fan all of his life.

Clooney was born just 80 minutes south across the Ohio River in Lexington, Kentucky. If anyone knows the pain of being a lifelong Bengals fan and who hungers for that elusive Super Bowl win, it is Clooney.

Back in 2013 while Clooney was on the red carpet at the Oscars. He told Ed Reed just how he affected him as a Bengals fan.

"Clooney said to me, ‘Hey, Reed, you hurt me bad — I’m a Bengals fan"
