Ben Brown, OL (Ole Miss)

Ah, it is the ‘ol versatility for the Ole Miss lineman that interests the Bengals brass. Ben Brown started at center and right guard for the Rebels. That will be enough for him to get plenty of looks with the Bengals.

Brown plays with excellent strength and does not get pushed back often. Yet, he displays enough agility to pull block effectively in the run and pass game.

Brown does his best work against bigger, stronger defenders. However, he will sometimes struggle against quicker defenders. That element of his game hurts him when climbing to the second level of the defense, where Brown struggles to reach defenders.

When he does, he tends to fly by them. More so, they tend to fly past him. If he can improve upon just that, he could have a say in how the offensive line room looks in September.
