3. New Orleans Saints

People need to stop sleeping on the Saints this year! With the addition of Tyrann Mathieu, New Orleans is going to have a stacked defense and that’s not something anyone should ignore.

Anyway, the reason I have the Saints as a potential primetime opponent for Cincinnati is that this game is slated to take place in the Big Easy. New Orleans is located roughly an hour and 15 minutes from Baton Rouge, where both Joe Burrow and Ja’Marr Chase went to college at LSU.

During the 2019 season, Burrow and Chase both played huge roles in getting the Tigers their first National Championship since the 2007 college football season. Needless to say that even though the state of Louisiana are Saints fans through and through, they’re also LSU fans and they’re going to be cheering on both Burrow and Chase.

This game would fit best on Monday night since it’s an AFC-NFC matchup but it’d be a lot of fun for the last game of the week. Bengals fans are planning to circle the Saints game on their calendars because who doesn’t want to go to New Orleans and watch Burrow and Chase dominate in their return home to Louisiana?
