Team Classification

Last year’s winner: Special Teams

This year’s winner: Wide Receivers

Finally, the Team Classification prize is awarded to the best overall team in the Tour de France. They do not have a particular jersey but rather black numbers over a yellow background attached to their kits, while the other teams wear their standard black numbers over a white background.

The winner of the team classification for the Bengals is the wide receiver group. According to Pro Football Focus, the Bengals have the best receiving corp in the NFL. It is difficult to imagine a better duo than Chase and Tee Higgins. It is unfathomable to think there is a better trio than Chase, Higgins, and Tyler Boyd.

Cincinnati also has a good group of receivers who can spell the top three. Mike Thomas, Trent Taylor, Trenton Irwin, and Stanley Morgan all got offensive snaps throughout the season and have shown they can contribute to the team’s success. Taylor, Irwin, and Morgan are contributors on special teams as well. The Bengals also have a talented undrafted rookie free agent class led by Kwamie Lassiter III and Kendric Pryor.

The Bengals have the best wide receiver room in the NFL, which is why this group earns the Team Classification title.
