Bengals News: New alternate helmets, training camp on the horizon
In Bengals news, the organization revealed their new alternate helmets for the 2022 season, and training camp is days away.
Fans asked and the Cincinnati Bengals delivered — White alternate helmets were revealed on Friday and they are pretty freakin’ sweet.
NFL teams are allowed to have an alternate helmet starting this year and fans knew right away what they wanted their team’s alternate helmet to look like. Fortunately, the organization heard them loud and clear and blessed us with these crisp new helmets.
The league had only allowed teams to wear one helmet throughout the duration of the season but now, teams are either bringing back throwback helmets or coming up with entirely new ones. The Bengals’ white helmets are certainly some of the cooler ones that have been revealed so far.
This news came right ahead of training camp, which kicks off this Wednesday. Rookies report on Saturday and everyone else shows up on Tuesday just in time for the fun to begin the next day.
