Reason not to panic: "Easier" schedule on the way

Let's be clear -- There are no easy games in the NFL. That being said, if the Bengals want to turn things around, their schedule allows them the chance to do just that.

The Los Angeles Rams have looked better in their first two games than many expected them to. They knocked off the Seahawks in Week 1 and then put up a decent fight against the 49ers in Week 2. They're 1-1 and look like a much tougher out than fans expected entering the season. The good news is that the Bengals will host them on Monday Night Football and that crowd should be rocking.

In Week 4, the Bengals face the Tennessee Titans who have looked uninspiring despite their 1-1 start. They were able to take down the Chargers in overtime but that Chargers defense looks pretty bad.

The following week, the Bengals get the Arizona Cardinals who are also 0-2 and look to be one of the worst teams in the league this year. Winning two of those three games would put the Bengals at 2-3 and if they can manage to sweep those three opponents, they're 3-2 and right back in the thick of things.

To this point, the Bengals have played two divisional opponents and those games are always tough. Maybe we'll start to see who this team really is when they're not playing divisional foes. They started slow in the division last year too and still managed to win the AFC North so hope is not lost yet.
