1. Drafting Myles Murphy in the first round

I realize that this one is far too early to be shouting from the rooftops but so far, where has Myles Murphy been? He's played in just 22% of defensive snaps and 18% of special teams snaps in his two games so far and has yet to record a single stat.

First-round picks don't always have to be guys who come in and light the stat sheets on fire right away but the Bengals drafted this guy to help out their pass rush and their pass rush still isn't good. They were unable to get any pressure on Lamar Jackson in Week 2 and that's the kind of game where you need the first-round pick to be doing the things that made him a first-rounder.

I'm not sounding the alarms on Murphy yet but so far, this looks like a terrible move, especially with all of the available tight ends still on the board at that time.

The good news is that we're only two games into the 2023 season. There's still plenty of time for these five decisions not to look like disasters.
