3. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers selected Pat Freiermuth in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, and he's turned out to be a solid piece for Pittsburgh as they continue to navigate through the Post-Roethlisberger era.

The former Nittany Lion has put up decent stats through two seasons with over 1,200 yards and nine touchdowns. It helps that he's reliable, even having the fifth-highest catch percentage among all tight ends in 2021.

The Steelers are also full of youth at this position, with rookie Darnell Washington being the first guy off the bench. Considering he is just a rookie, how good he actually is remains to be unseen, but his potential is high. He could end up being a solid depth piece for the Black and Gold brigade, perhaps not having as much of an impact as Freiermuth but contributing all the same.

Behind Washington are Zach Gentry and Connor Heyward, who more likely than not will see very little action on the field, though are decent backups considering they each put up over 100+ yards in 2022. Overall, the Steelers have a very young but very solid tight end group here.
