2. Tee Higgins

Tee Higgins will be hitting the market next off-season and will surely be paid like a WR1. The hope by many is that it is in Cincinnati and he can have a long, successful career alongside Joe Burrow and Ja'Marr Chase.

Higgins will be the most complicated deal to get done because it is in the same year of Burrow's and then Chase is the following off-season.

1. Ja'Marr Chase

This is a no-brainer in most instances. Ja'Marr Chase's overall skillset and connection with Burrow are second to none. Chase has had as good of a first two seasons as you can have as a wide receiver and he missed a handful of games last season due to injury.

Chase has already implemented himself as one of the best wide receivers in all of football and the belief is that he will continue to only improve and get better as his career continues to develop.
