Tonight, the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft will take begin at 8:00 PM EST and conclude by approximately 11:15 PM EST. There is a 1-minute time-limit between selections.

The Cincinnati Bengals own the 21st-overall selection, and will likely be making their pick between somewhere between 9:40-10:20 PM EST.
