Since Marvin Lewis took over as head coach for the 2003 season, the Bengals have used 43 draft picks between 2003-and 2007. For one reason, or another, 23 of those draft picks (53%) are no longer with the team. Included in those 23 draft picks are: One-1st rounder, Four-2nd rounders, and Four-3rd rounders.
